PLEASE REMEMBER IN YOUR PRAYERS:
All those who are sick, housebound or isolating at home. Whilst the pandemic seems to be easing in our country we will all have been shocked by the terrible scenes in India over this last week. I am conscious that many of you will have relatives in India and will be very worried about them. Please be assured of our thoughts and prayers.
All those whose anniversaries occur at this time especially Myra Tallon, Joan Goff, Celia Sweeney, Marie Bell, Ben Crowley, Mary Kendall, Brian Fecitt, Marian Blair, Olive Ryder, Stirling Blair, Paul Edward Sadler, Walter McDonald, May they rest in peace and may the Lord bring comfort to their families and friends.
NEW OFFERTORY ENVELOPES: For those parishioners who kindly donate to the Parish using Offertory envelopes, your new box is now available on the table in the porch in alphabetical order. Please do not worry if your number has changed this is part of tidying up our records. Graham Alcock, Planned Giving and Gift Aid Organiser.
SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION is offered after Weekday Masses in the sacristy or by appointment.
MASS INTENTIONS: If anyone has Mass intentions that they would like to be offered please hand them to Fr David or post through the presbytery letterbox. Any cheques should be made payable to “St Vincent’s Clergy Account”. Many thanks.
MASS BOOKINGS: Hopefully it will not be too long before we can open our church normally without the need to book. Recently I have noticed that although all places have been booked on our booking platform for all our Sunday Masses there have been several spare spaces which would suggest that people are reserving places and then not turning up. If you book a place and are then unable to attend please let us know so that others can take the places..
RED BOX 2020 THANK YOU: In 2020, our community of St Vincent’s raised £1208.24 through our Red Boxes and donations to Missio and the Mill Hill Missionaries. Thank you! Communities around the world are so grateful that people here in Knutsford are supporting them through prayer and our generous donations. The missionaries, and the communities they serve, are living in such difficult circumstances, made even harder by Covid 19. They have asked us to pass on their thanks, and tell us that they pray for us all. Find out more at missio.org.uk
CHRISTIAN COMMUNITIES IN THE HOLY LAND: Thanks to your generosity in our Good Friday collection I was able to send £534.45 to ‘Friends of the Holy Land’ to support their work with the Christian communities in the Holy Land.
THANK YOU For your Offertory gifts Please place any offertory envelopes or offerings in the baskets at the church door or post through the presbytery letterbox; thank you for your continued support of the parish in such difficult circumstances.

DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO LOURDES: It is with great sadness that in the light of all the possible regulations with regard to international travel, we have had to make the decision to cancel this year’s Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes. A group from the Pilgrimage Management Team will be putting together a Virtual Pilgrimage that everyone will be able to join online. Details will emerge in the coming weeks.
PARISH WEBSITE: It has been drawn to our attention that someone who recently visited our website was invited to enter a competition and was asked for credit card details. Please note we will never post any such things on the website and under no circumstances should you ever offer your credit/debit card details to anyone you do not know to be bona fide.
