The choir sings at the 9.00 a.m. Sunday Masses, and on request for other occasions such as weddings and funerals.
A small group of singers and guitarists who accompany the 11.00 a.m. Sunday Masses.
There is always opportunity for more Readers, especially for the Sunday evening Mass.
The Parish supports the Catholic International Funding agency through a variety of charitable means.
Candidates for the Parish programme begin their preparation after Christmas, concluding with the LPA Celebration of the Sacrament in one of the four Churches of the area, usually during the month of June.

The ladies group is currently dormant.
Their coffee mornings, held on the first Friday of the month, have to date raised over £7,000 for CAFOD.
The SVP is small group of brothers and sisters. We visit the sick and housebound, offer help for the needy, and support for overseas students. If you wish to join us in our work, please get in touch.

Children from the age of four have their own reflections on the Liturgy of the Word occasionally at 11.00am. Details are posted in the newsletter.
They process out from the congregation following the Introduction and rejoin for the Offertory.

Rehearsals are usually on Wednesdays after the 7.00 p.m. Mass.
The group meets on Wednesday mornings during term time between 10.00 -

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is the normal means whereby a person seeks entrance into the Church.
The parish programme runs from September through till Easter.

St Vincents is twinned with Mary, Comforter of the Afflicted, a parish in the slums of Manilla where there is crushing poverty and little or no work. Many of the children suffer with physical disabilities or learning difficulties. With no welfare benefits to assist them, the community is heavily dependent on charitable aid.
With money raised from a variety of social events in the church hall, the Twinning Group has been able to fund feeding programmes, and to set up a library where the children are educated by volunteers.
